Smoky Ridge Apparel is a Brookfield, Connecticut business. Every item is printed when you order it and shipped by our production partners, so here's how long things take. All times below are estimates, but we plan our production around them.
Production
Your order is printed and packed in about 2-7 business days.
Delivery
We currently ship only to addresses in the United States and its territories.
- Contiguous United States: about 2-5 business days after production.
- Alaska, Hawaii and US territories: add about 7-12 more business days.
Carrier delays, holidays and weather can stretch these ranges. During the holiday rush, order early. Earlier than you think. No, earlier.
If we're running late
If we can't ship your order within the time above, we'll email you before it's due with a new estimated date and the option to cancel for a full refund. If we can't give you a new date, or the delay runs past the date we gave you, we'll refund you unless you tell us you'd rather wait.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering, before production starts. See our Refund Policy.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Orders may ship in more than one package.
