Refunds & Replacements

Smoky Ridge Apparel is a small business based in Brookfield, Connecticut. Every shirt is printed to order just for you by our production partners, which is great for you and terrible for our ability to restock returns. So here's the deal, in plain English.

All sales are final

Because items are made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. Please check the size chart before ordering. Measure twice, order once. You'll also see this "all sales final" notice on every product page.

Changed your mind? Cancel fast

You can cancel an order for a full refund within 2 hours of placing it. Email us at support@smokyridgeapparel.org with your order number. After that, your shirt is usually already in production and can't be cancelled, except as described under "Shipping delays" below.

Misprints, damage or the wrong item

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement, and we pay the shipping. Email us within 30 days of delivery at support@smokyridgeapparel.org with your order number and a photo of the problem. That's it. No forms, no interrogation. If we can't replace the item (for example, it's sold out), we'll refund you in full instead.

Lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us. We'll check with the carrier, and if it's lost we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. If tracking shows the package was delivered, we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it once you pay the reshipping cost.

Shipping delays

If we can't ship your order within the time shown in our Shipping Policy, we'll email you with a new estimated date. You can then accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.
